Sound Healing. Arts. Nature Connection
With Love & Light
Meet THE FOUNDER
I am a freedom seeker, experiencing life by doing. I don’t follow the traditional path and often create something new from what I learn. I call myself a collector of experiences, with a particular curiosity and a love for learning. As an artist of life, I aim to paint my life with colours, and friends always see me as creative. I am slowly discovering my gifts, and sharing them with the world. There’s this famous quote: “The meaning of life is to find your gift; the purpose of life is to give it away”. I totally resonate with that.
"Creating from a space of love, it can only be good."
Adelynn Shan Lee
Sound healing is an ancient meditative and therapeutic practice that uses voice or musical instruments to create healing vibrations to relax the mind and body.
Shinrin Yoku (forest bathing)
Forest Bathing is about being here, in the present moment, focusing on your senses, to build a connection with nature, self and others.
Experience in Person Session
Every session is different, depending on the theme or intention. Instruments include: shamanic drum, Tibetan singing bowls, chimes, and flutes. Special arrangements can be discussed for private groups.
Learn to Play
The Native American flute is easy to learn. It is an instrument that is forgiving, pleasant, meditative and inspiring.
Adelynn’s sound bath is full of love and creativity. I feel relaxed after. It feels like the body just have a massage.
Very meditative experience. Feels some unprocessed emotion & energy was cleansed.
